The STAHLWERK CUT 70 P plasma cutter is a robust tool delivering 70 amps of power, equipped with a high-frequency (HF) pilot ignition for superior and precise ignition performance. It can slice through materials up to 25 mm thick, including structural steel ST37 up to 25 mm, stainless steel V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, and aluminum up to 16 mm. This makes it ideal for a wide range of conductive metals, as well as painted sheet metal and rusty surfaces.

The cutting current is fully adjustable from 20 to 70 amps, providing versatility for various cutting needs. Despite its powerful performance, the device remains compact and lightweight at just 11.4 kg, featuring smart cooling and overheating protection for safe operation. Device functions & components of the Stahlwerk CUT 70 P plasma cutter 

• Plasma / CUT – Electricity is used to generate a plasma jet that melts the material, which is then removed using compressed air. This makes it easy to precisely cut all conductive metals such as standard steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and many more.
• Cutting thickness – Depending on the material, cutting thicknesses of up to 25 mm are possible. Structural steel ST37 up to 25 mm, V2A or V4A up to 18 mm, aluminum up to 16 mm.
• Pilot ignition – High frequency (HF) pilot ignition for first-class ignition behavior. No contact with the workpiece necessary! The pilot flame creates the arc. This torch can be operated with a spacer included in delivery.
• Cutting current – Continuous adjustment from 20 to 70 A.
• Air after-flow – After the cutting process has been completed, air automatically flows to cool the torch and reduce wear on the nozzle and electrode.
