Miller Suitcase Wire Feeder ArcReach is a Voltage-sensing, portable feeder that is designed to run off of arc voltage from almost any DC welding power source, providing extreme reliability for construction and fabrication.

Portable or “suitcase-style” wire feeders are designed for operators in rugged conditions who need a feeder that will stand up to the elements and get in and out of tight spaces.

The Miller suitcase feeder feature crush-proof, flame retardant cases that protect internal components from dirt, moisture and contaminants.

Voltage sensing feeders operate on arc voltage. This eliminates the need for a control cord between the power source and the feeder.  Many operators feel the extra cord is just one more item to carry, lose or get damaged (“run over by a truck” is a common cause).

A voltage sensing wire feeder can be paired with either a constant voltage (CV) or a constant current (CC) power source.

This feeder is also part of the Miller ArcReach group of machines which means if you pair it with ArcReach power sources you will have more control with quick, easy adjustments at the wire feeder/remote.

You can Adjust While Welding (AWW) to change weld parameters while the arc is on. (Only available when connected to an XMT 350 FieldPro power source).
